Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act
Article 1
The purpose of this Act is to prevent danger and electromagnetic interference caused by Electrical Appliances and Materials through regulating their manufacture, sale, etc. as well as fostering voluntary activities by private businesses to ensure the safety of Electrical Appliances and Materials.

based on the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act.
lists the requirements for electrical appliances and materials.
Art.13: Prevention of Harm due to Electromagnetic Waves Emitted from Electrical Appliances and Materials:
Electrical appliances and materials are to be made to not externally emit electromagnetic waves that are likely to cause physical injury.
Art. 17: Resistance to Electromagnetic Interference
Electrical appliances and materials are to be configured to prevent any disturbance to their safety functions from being caused by electric, magnetic or electromagnetic interference.
Art.18: Noise Level
Electrical appliances and materials are to be made to pose no risk of generating noise to a level that disturbs the functions of broadcast reception and telecommunications under normal use.
