Used for EMC, radio and broadcast items. The broadcasting and communication equipment conformity assessment system has been implemented according to Article 58-2 of the Radio Waves Act. "Article 1 - The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters relating to the efficient and safe use and control of radio waves to facilitate the promotion of the field relating to radio waves and serve to promote public welfare by facilitating the use of radio waves and the development of radio-wave technologies." Article 47-3 (Electromagnetic compatibility) "[...] (2) Any person who intends to manufacture or import equipment which cause electromagnetic interference or are affected by electromagnetic waves, shall ensure that the relevant equipment does not exceed a certain level specified in the technical requirements for electromagnetic compatibility."'
