Scope of legislation

For consumer products only. Safe goods shall be supplied. (Electrical and mechanical and other safety issues) 33 product groups are listed. Products which are inside these product groups are called controlled goods. Listing of the controlled goods at authority and marking is mandatory. Categories are shown in CPSR Art. 2 Definition - low-risk controlled goods - medium-risk controlled goods - high-risk controlled goods The listing of these controlled goods is mandatory. Depending on the different risk classes certain schemes are required. The products belonging to different classes are described below. '
