REGISTRATION OF DEVICES HOLDING ELECTRONIC IDENTITY INFORMATION
(IMEI Registration)
ARTICLE 8 – (1) Within the scope of recording the IMEI numbers of the imported devices with electronic identification information , the importer
a) The following information included in the Customs Declaration ,
1 ) Customs document number ,
2) Country ( origin ),
3) Registration and closing date ,
4) Number of devices,
5) Item serial number of the reported device ,
6) Field 44 information of the item (brand, model, market name , invoice date and number , TAREKS reference number ) ,
b) The device brand and model corresponding to the imported devices and selected from the TAC list , and the IMEI number of the device,
c) IMEI numbers of imported devices, scanned copies of the documents listed in this article ,
d) Other information and documents requested by the Institution,
shall be reported to the Institution electronically.
