The General Product Safety Directive (BD-091005-04) shall apply to electrical equipment for topics not covered by this Technical Regulation. (Article 37)

- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Sultanate of Oman
- State of Qatar
- State of Kuwait
- Republic of Yemen (non GCC member, but GSO member)'
